Backspacing and size for a 67 Camaro?

I have a 67 Camaro with TCI Tube chassis. What size rims can I go with? I would like to go with 20” in back and maybe 19” up front. The even more important question is backspacing. What does the front and back backspacing need to be? I like the size and backspacing on the pic below. Thanks for your help

Thanks for the post. That 69 belongs to Speed Tech and is running 20×12s and is mini-tubbed with a narrowed rearend and up front is their Speed Tech front clip which allows them to run 19×10s up front. Is your car mini-tubbed? Narrowed rear? Does TCI offer a suggested fitment or alter your front track width? Call or email or answer back on the forum here and we’ll get you figured out.

Jason thanks for the reply. The rear is listed on their website as a max of “18×9” w/ proper backspacing” I have a regular gm 12 bolt axle in the back of this car. The kit came with fully adjustable coilovers for front and rear. That estimate on the measurements they give sound a little too cautious for me. I guess I will have to get the car together before I can find out for sure… Let me know what you think or what I will have to measure once the car is put together. Thanks

18×9 on a 67-68 Camaro is exactly what we recommend with stock wheelwells too. If you want to get in there with a grinder and a hammer, you can squeeze a ten but it’s a tight fit!
